Incupia is a family owned business formed in 2011. We use bespoke software and printing equipment to make personalised tags for everyday use which give a clear message and present a unique action for users of the tag. There will always be a need to identify an asset or provide information about a product to which the tags are attached. In fact, the benefits of a tag can be very effective if you use them in the right way. We enjoy thinking up new ways our tags can be used, from identifying a key to solving a process issue or helping a user access useful information. Paul Smith has been working within the automotive industry for over 25 years. He started his career with 'Ford' in the early 1990's and, like so many people who started their career in the automotive industry, has remained passionately interested in this sector ever since. Intelligent Tags was created to solve a specific need to identify and control large numbers of keys in a fast moving and logistically challenging dealership world. The tags have evolved over time and the business has spread it's wings into new areas and solutions. In Paul's words, "where there is a need to identify, track, communicate and improve a process, tags will always be an important tool. Our objective is to add more and more value and solve more and more problems with the simple but effective use of a well-designed intelligent tag.
