Do you ship orders internationally?

• At present we only provide U.K & Ireland service. If you are outside of this region please contact us by email and we will do our best to arrange something bespoke for you.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

• Standard shipping: 3-5 working days (once your order is approved)
• Express shipping: 1-2 working days (please email us requesting this service once your order has been approved)

What is your returns policy?

• Refunds are only available within 15 days of receiving your item. Please notify us by email of your intention to request a refund within this timescale. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund outside of the 15 day period.
• Please note*** we will only except refunds on faulty items due to the bespoke nature of the service we provide. If your item is faulty or there is a technical error with your printing we will provide a full refund including delivery costs.
• All refunds must be raised by emailing: sales@incupia.com . Once we have confirmed your refund please re-package your items securely and label them clearly. All returns must include your order number alongside a dispatch note detailing the item fault.
• A refund via your original payment method will be made once we have received your return
• The returns policy applies to all U.K and Ireland. customers and does not effect your statutory rights

What is the approximate size of an iTag?

• Each tag measures approximately: 5.5cm (width) x 3 cm (height)

​Do you allow wholesale of your iTags?

• At present we do not authorise any re-selling of our products
