Happy customers make us happy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase please call us on: 01582 713000 or email us at: sales@incupia.com within 15 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately as our Intelligent Tags are bespoke and fully customised to your needs, we can only provide refunds for products which are either faulty or have an error caused by us. Customers are therefore advised to fully inspect their draft design proofs before approving them, as changes cannot be made once approval has been received as this serves as confirmation of your order. 

Where an error has been made in the printing of your design, we will issue replacements at no extra charge, provided notification has been given within 15 days of delivery.  If any goods are faulty, we will be happy to replace, where possible, or refund the cost in full (including the purchase price of the goods and original delivery costs).

After confirming your return for via our Customer Services team on the above email address, please:

  • re-package the product(s) with the dispatch note (or order acknowledgement) providing a full description of the fault and make sure you wrap the package securely;
  • ensure your package(s) are labeled with your order reference number.


****Refunds will only be made once the returned products are received by Incupia Ltd.
This returns policy applies to UK customers and does not affect your statutory rights.
